The visual artist Navid Nuur is fascinated by the effect of human perception. His works are therefore an interplay of material, architecture and sensory phenomena. Light and darkness have been a recurrent element for years. For Navid Nuur, light offers in its ambiguity endless possibilities to play with. The Dutch-Iranian artist was a student at the “Hogeschool voor de Kunsten (HKU) in Utrecht and paticipated at the Pietzwart Institute in Rotterdam. He lives and works in The Hague in The Nehterlands.
